2. Purpose and scope

The website provides information about home care, textile and upholstery cleaning, specialist stain and odour treatment, textile protection, outdoor furniture care and related services on the Costa del Sol. Website information is general and does not replace an assessment, quotation or confirmed booking.

3. Prices and quotations

Displayed consumer prices are final prices with IVA included. A ‘from’ price is a starting price for a defined basic scope; the final price may depend on size, material, condition, access and the treatment required. Where an assessment is needed, the price is confirmed before work begins. The minimum visit is 70 € with IVA included.

4. Website use and communications

Users must use the website lawfully and must not damage, disrupt or attempt unauthorized access to it. A WhatsApp or email conversation is not, by itself, a confirmed booking. The service scope, price, address and timing must be agreed before work begins.

WhatsApp and other external platforms operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
