Prestige Best Price terms
These terms explain how the offer works when Prestige Care reviews an existing quote and decides to issue a better price.
What we need
- A quote, PDF, email, message or screenshot that identifies the company, the work offered and the price.
- The offer must relate to a real and sufficiently defined service so it can be reviewed.
How it works
- Prestige Care reviews each case and decides whether to take part in the price improvement.
- If Prestige Care issues a better price, that price is offered to book the reviewed scope with Prestige Care.
- By accepting the improved price, the customer commits to formalising the booking with Prestige Care within its validity period; the proposal is not issued as a tool for renegotiating with third parties.
- An issued improved price is valid for 24 hours unless we state otherwise in writing.
Changes and combinations
- If the number of items, size, area, material, condition or scope changes, the price may be revised.
- Prestige Best Price is a commercial alternative: it does not automatically combine with the 20% welcome offer, the 15% future-visit discount or another promotion.
Limits
- Prestige Care may reject incomplete, unverifiable, old, clearly erroneous offers or offers that do not make the scope understandable.
- Issuing a better price requires commercial approval; no automated system is authorised to lower prices by itself.
